Many thanks for your comments . Heat output should be fine at optimal condensing boiler flow temps one thing which will cause low heat output is the flow rate , it is important the heating system is hydraulically balanced correctly so it pushes the correct flow via the plinth heater and not just loops via radiators. Please dont hesitate to get in touch for advice on this.
