We do have the process for change-of-mind returns shown on our website https://universalfans.com.au/return-policy/. In your case, although the return request was made outside the timeframe, we accepted the return. We have a restocking fee to cover the various costs associated with the returns of products, which in this case amounted to $6.60.
We are just waiting to hear back from you so we can process your refund.
