The Universal Fans team were both friendly and professional. I would happily recommend them.
I initially purchased three fans (urban 2 with remote) and a demonstration was shown on the cheaper model, which had a dimmer function on the light - using the remote that is purchased separately....

Hi Katherine, thank you for taking the time to submit your feedback and we are so sorry to hear that you weren’t completely happy with your original purchase. When demonstrating the functionality of the fan in the showroom, we generally do so to provide a brief overview of how it operates so clients can determine if they are happy with simple aspects such as the style, number of speeds, level of airflow and so on. However, if a customer has more particular questions then we are only too happy to tailor our demonstration as required. We apologise for the misunderstanding as it seems our team was unaware that having the dimmer setting saved for future use was a priority for you, otherwise we would have been able to advise accordingly. As a result, we were more than happy to swap the fan over to another version you were happier with.
