My first time dealing with Universal Fans and was very impressed with knowledge, service and product once received, would recommend them to all.
Helpful service over the phone. I was restricted to fans with180cms downrods. I had to look at each fan separately to find the range of fans that support these which was very laborious. A search...
Answered emails quickly and provided good info. Product arrived quick.

Excellent quality of product, service was prompt, informative and delivery on time.
Additionally, they were 'a Soda' to install as fan blades and motor mostly constructed in packaging.
