The plants had started to dry out and some of the plugs had come loose in the packaging. I have less than half the plants surviving

In future if your items are poor quality upon arrival, please get in contact with our customer care team and they will be happy to speak with you about a solution to the problem. I have however provided you with a refund for 3/4 of your order as just over half have died. I expect this to be back to your original payment method within 7 working days ~ Sam F
