Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience you faced. Receiving an item with a fault and then having a frustrating return experience is not what we want for our customers, and we completely understand your disappointment.
Just to clarify, when a refund is processed, it can take up to 14 working days to appear back in your bank account, depending on your payment provider. I can see that your refund was issued on the 30th of June, so it reached you a few days earlier than expected, but we’re sorry for any confusion or worry caused in the meantime.
