We're sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your time at Collin Hill House. We don't seem to be able to find any correspondence from you during your stay, equally the owner doesn't recall being contacted. It is always best to report issues direct to Discover Scotland, or the property owner, to give us the opportunity to rectify things.
