Thank you for taking the time to place feedback on our site. I am very sorry to hear that your order was not delivered on time. We take pride in our next day delivery service, and when this is not met we feel incredibly let down by our courier as 98.7% of orders do meet this target. Thank you for leaving feedback, I am really sorry that you did not receive all of your order at the same time. It is always disappointing when we hear that our courier has not delivered on the 24 hour service that we offer as 98.7% of our orders do meet that time frame. Apologies once again.

It was not so much that the 3rd delivery was late, but it was delivered to the wrong address. If the resident where Yodel delivered had not called me, I would have reported the consignment as undelivered and you would have had to supply a replacement
