Thank you for your feedback.
We are sorry for your frustration; however, we can assure you we have not scammed you. You placed an order and then requested to cancel it a few hours later.
Once an order is placed on our website, it's immediately sent to our warehouse management system for processing. This system is highly automated and begins fulfilling orders the moment they come in, much like how Amazon operates. This rapid processing allows us to get your items dispatched as quickly as possible.
Due to this immediate processing, we are unable to make any amendments or cancel an order once it has been placed. The moment you complete your purchase, it's already in motion within our fulfillment pipeline.
Because the order was processed before any cancellation request could be actioned, it then falls under our standard return policy, which includes a return fee. This fee covers the costs associated with the item's journey back to our warehouse.
We understand this isn't the outcome you hoped for, and we regret that our system's speed, designed for efficient delivery, led to this situation.
