Swift order process, website quite intuitive. Delivery quicker than expected

Good customer service

Excellent service. Very efficient. Order processed quickly and kept up to date on progress and when to expect delivery.

Excellent choice of products. Easy ordering system, even when prescriptions are required. Quick well packaged delivery. Customer service response has been quick and very helpful. I would definitely...

Great company to deal with. Deal with orders really quickly and keep you updated throughout.

Simplistic ordering process with various options for interaction with my chosen veterinary practice

The ordering was ok but it took over a week and we hadn’t received the order and when we phoned up you hadn’t got our order but you must have because it came the next day

Excellent once you master uploading the prescription but hopefully you only have to do that once and can then reorder as required. Very good at keeping you informed about how the order was...

Straightforward ordering, excellent customer services for any queries, fast dispatch & very fair pricing,

Excellent 👌
