Great service
Great service, gave me alerts based on my purchase. One of my orders had to be cancelled, they kept me informed about the refund process. Also the delivery was fast, overall a great service :)

Not a DVD, Staff member were unable to switch for a DVD. Please make this clearer for future constumers.

Sorry about this one. We don't have a separate category for 'Bluray' on our site because there are so few of them in our catalogue, so they are classified under 'DVD'. In the product description itself the item is clearly marked as a Bluray disc (see here https://www.normanrecords.com/records/118826) but that product description isn't used consistently throughout the card and checkout, which clearly is quite confusing. Apologies!
