Make their website more clear as it is a little miss leading

Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I appreciate the frustration with waiting for the product, and we're sorry if you felt this wasn't made clear at the point of purchase. As with all the products that we have listed for pre-order, we have replaced the "add to cart" button with "pre-order now", the availability above the button is replaced with "Pre Order - X available", and there is an ETA under the button (e.g. Delivery: March 2020). As you felt this was misleading, we would welcome feedback on how we could make it clearer that the product listed is a pre-order, so that we can avoid this happening in future.
We have sent an email round this morning to update customers with this product on pre-order, and apologise again for the slight delay on these - hopefully it won't be much longer now!
