A search for your business name and the term ‘reviews’ won’t just bring up any existing customer feedback, but your responses too. It’s a good idea to make sure your strategy includes reviewing the feedback across these sites regularly, so that you’re keeping on top of what your customers are saying about you across the most visited platforms, Google, Yelp and Facebook.Ensure your team are prepared with the login details for each of your business accounts on these sitesand know exactly how to reply to customer reviews on each, so they can respond to all of your reviews swiftly.<h2>Google Reviews</h2>Google reviews show up in two places: Google Search and Google Maps.
