This was a 4 week project. The casino had 10 different leaks and was serviced by several different contractors. None of them were able to stop the leaks. Now the building is leak free and they are experiencing a big energy savings.

Final inspection is one of/if not the most important part of every spray foam job! Most companies won't come back after the job is completed. Sunlight Contractors makes sure to come back 3 to 5 days after our job is complete to make sure there are absolutely no breaks in the monolithic seal. One of our crew members comes out with an infrared imaging camera to inspect the attic assembly completely. One break in the spray foam can cause your attic assembly to not be as effective.

Measuring moisture under your subfloor is of the utmost importance. Many companies are to lazy and don't inspect under a raised home. Doing this you can see first hand if there's high humidity or any rotting floor joists or beams. You can also tell if there's mold termites or leaks. Thank you Steve.
