We really value any customer feedback and always look to provide a positive experience, so I am glad this was the case on this occasion, particularly when it came to product choice, price, and of course our service.
In regard to delivery, thank you for your feedback on this matter, and we understand it was not negative feedback but simply constructive opinion. I would clarify that if we hold all items in stock ourselves, we do offer a next day delivery service. However, on those occasions where we do not have the stock, it may have to be ordered in from a supplier, which can take a few days to arrive into us, and then a further few days to arrive as we will organised for delivery on a day or time we are in your area, or convenient to you. Please be assured we always try to do this as quickly as possible wherever we can, so you are not left waiting.
Please be assured, we will always endeavour to make improvements where we can to any part of our offering, including reviewing our stock portfolio and dispatching items as soon as they arrive.
