Please be assured that we will be raising this matter with the delivery company and the driver. We completely understand that any alternation to the planned delivery timeslot, minor or major, can impact on our customers, and we would always expect such changes to be communicated to ourselves so we can let you know, or to yourself in advance so that arrangements can be made. As such we do apologise that this was not the case, and especially that there was such a drastic difference in the time. This is not indicative of the service we expect.
