Good afternoon Kay, Thank you very much for your valued feedback. I would state from the outset that all comments are taken onboard and acted upon where possible. Firstly, in relation to the assisted delivery, I am sorry that this service was unavailable and affected the ability to order the bath you wanted on this occasion. I have taken steps to have this removed from our delivery page. It is a service that we did offer and whilst the option to use this was turned off, the information was unfortunately left on. We will do another quick check to see if any other references are also removed. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and apologies again for the inconvenience this caused. In relation to checking the items, we just ask that the items are checked on arrival and reported to us within 48 hours of receipt, just so we can raise this with suppliers so please be assured there is support in this instance. Despite this, I am glad that you love the products and found our pricing to be competitive. We do try our best to offer the very best for our customers, and constantly striving to offer the best quality, reliable products where we can. Good afternoon, Thank you very much for your feedback, and I am sorry that the experience meant you felt compelled to leave a 1* review. Please be assured that we never want this for any of our customers. I am sorry to hear that the item you received was damaged, and please be assured that never want this to be the case. We do ask all customers to check items on arrival after receiving them so that we can resolve this as quickly as possible and prior to installation, in line with our terms and conditions. In this event, we can provide all available routes of recourse to bring this to a satisfactory conclusion. I have spoken to the colleague that spoke you regarding this matter, who has advised that we offered to send out the last one we had in stock available in good faith, and exchange for the original faulty one if possible. However, this was declined due to plumbing costs and due to the item being fitted, and the fact that it was only the specific part you wanted. Unfortunately, due to it being a sale and clearance item being discontinued, this is not something we hold individual spare parts of that or that we can source, so the only option is a replacement where possible with the original being returned to us. Unfortunately, we no longer have any remaining stock of this item and it has now been fully discontinued, so any further resolution would now involve a replacement tap. We do always try to assist customers wherever we can and explore all possible avenues to a satisfactory conclusion, so I am sorry you feel that this was not the case on this occasion.
