Quick and easy to open an account . Gives quick email confirmation when you deposit. Good for when you deposit larger amounts. Easy to navigate online. Feels safe and secure.

Totally incomprehensible logging on system which apparently doesn't work with android phones and you need a computer to set up..

Minimal faff to set up. Clear and easy instructions. Best easy access savings rate available at the time. Able to remove funds without loosing interest.

Easy to set up account but unable to access it! No information is given when you open the account about how to access it Also can't speak to anyone at weekend and FAQs don't help
