The items came on time as described was very happy.
The only thing is the baby changer drawer is causing issues but i have emailed the store-separate issue.
I thought all of the staff were so so...

I was able to put through the order online only to receive an email later that evening saying they weren't actually in stock. Not great really.

Great experience in the Bella Baby store. Felt really confident in the knowledge provided by the staff. Very friendly to work with and always happy to go the extra mile with any questions I had.
