Purchased a product on line, it said it was in stock. Received an email the following evening to tell me it was not available and could be ordered for the following week.

It's amazing that there is an ecomm site that allows you to purchase items that you don't actually have in stock. How would you expect customers to come back. Worst ecomm site I have ever used.
