I am sorry for the mix up. It was showing as available when the order was placed but it appears that there were none on the shelf when we went to despatch it. It appears that the new stock has since arrived, but in the meantime you have cancelled the order. The refund has been issued and will be with you shortly.
Did not follow instructions with regard to delivery, item lost and waiting several weeks for replacement as now out of stock!

I am sorry to hear that our couriers did not follow the instructions provided as requested. Our service agreement does allow them to leave the parcel in a safe location if they deem it suitable to do so. I am sorry if on this occasion that was not the case, and that the order appears to have gone missing. As you have paid for next day delivery. I have arranged to refund this charge in full, and we will of course get the order to you as soon as possible.
