Fast, efficient and extremely helpful

Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. In around 4 hours my 3 bed house was packed away in the storage containers. Process was very efficient.

I have changed the rating to 1 start. Everything during the loadup was perfect. However please see comments below and I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from Kelly. I have had the worst experience ever and would strongly recommend other to stay away from Kellys. I informed Kellys on 22nd of March that I needed my stuff (stored in their Pods) to be redelivered to my new home on 31st of March 2022. However to my surprise they declined it stating they do not have anyone available until 4th of April to deliver my stuff. They expected me to move into my new house without any of my stuff - absolutely appalling experience. Note that I had already paid Kellys extra compared to a regular mover only because Kelly would store my stuff in pods and redeliver it untouched. However now they ripped me off because we had to arrange another mover to take stuff from Kellys and then redeliver to my new home on 31st of March. So we ended up paying another £400 to get my own stuff delivered because Kellys refused to deliver on time. EVERYONE PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH AND STICK TO A BETTER COMPANY. KELLY ARE A RIP OFF AND FRAUD WORST EXPERIENCE EVER = STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

Kellys storage Sales team got in touch with me and have addressed my concerns regarding double handling of my items, resulting damage and level of service provided. There was a clear intention from Kelly sales team (Chris Bazen) to understand what has happened and what can be done to improve things. They have addressed my issues and dealt with it accordingly. A company which values the opinion and satisfaction of its customers even after the customer has used their services clearly has integrity and customer satisfaction embedded in its core values. I would use their services and would recommend to use Kellys anytime
