We will contact you to discuss the issues to try and find the problem as this is one of our most popular products with customers returning to buy more! It is important to remember that our Stick On Labels need to be applied to the care labels within your clothes. If it was the Iron Ons you have had issues with it is likely they hadn't been under a hot iron for long enough.
Love the mixed pack - small and medium iron-on labels for different clothing items and some stick on ones for glasses case etc.
