Communication good , timeline for delivery good. packaging decent, can not remark on tablets bought as too early to give feedback. Will buy again though.
Delivery was great. The product itself is something u had to stop after 2 weeks. It made me bloat loads, I just had to stop. Anything more than 10 billion strong should come with a warning

Hi. Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear you have experienced some bloating when taking our Bio Cultures. Introducing new pro biotic strains to your gut can cause initial stomach issues in some people, however this will usually settle within a few weeks once you become accustomed to the new strains.
The average gut contains 300-1000 different strains, totalling anywhere between 30-300 trillion bacteria, both bad and good. Our Bio Cultures complex contains 17 'good' strains, providing 45 billion CFU, which is a comparatively small amount. A typical serving of yoghurt can contain 90-500 billion CFU, in comparison.
