We can see by the tracking that the return arrived at the hub in Buffalo NY on the 26.08.2025, unfortunately we are still awaiting the parcel to arrive back with us in the UK. Thank you for your feedback. We have looked into this further with our Warehouse Team. Our boxes were updated pre-covid to include the message you are referring to on the flap of the box. We are sorry that you feel this is not a suitable request, however we think it is a reasonable request to ask customers to put something on their feet whilst trying on shoes. It is something that would happen in any high street store, they would give you disposable socks to put on whilst you were trying on the shoes.
