Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately restocking of this type is industry standard and often set by our suppliers. When collection was agreed we were under the impression that the unit was unboxed, but not used. As we later discovered the unit had been installed and connected to the gas supply it could not be collected by the supplier to be resold. We always advise our customers to check the specification information available on our website before purchasing and to contact our Solutions Coordination team for advice if they are unsure if a machine will be suitable for their establishment.
