It appears that the oven was in low stock when you decided to complete your purchase and subsequently the lead times were extended. Our team informed you of this and you agreed to continue with your order expecting delivery September 2021. This was then delayed at your request as you wished to discuss installation options with our team. All deliveries are kerbside only unless otherwise arranged and we make clear that it is the customer's responsibility to locate the goods onto the premises at the point of order. With that said, we appreciate that the supplier did not book in the delivery which may have caused issues for your team. Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you have not been satisfied with our service and that the unit arrived missing a part. The supplier has a contractual right to try and rectify any issues with the unit before the unit is replaced. Because of this, a restocking fee would have been incurred had you returned it before allowing the supplier to assist.
