Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologise for the issues you faced with this order. The supplier should have been in contact with you prior to their arrival to site to book in delivery and we apologise that this did not happen. The supplier had also recently introduced a delivery charge for PL/TR postcodes without making Caterkwik aware. As a result there were additional charges for delivery, however Caterkwik covered these and did not pass on this fee. With that said we appreciate that the lack of communication and the delay to delivery affected your experience. We hope that you will return to Caterkwik and thank you once again for your order.
