Once your order had been processed you were sent a delivery schedule detailing when each item was due for arrival. It appears that you chose to cancel and amend several items on your order and our accounts team refunded you appropriately, however there was a delay owing to the payment type and the need for us to obtain your details. Thank you for your feedback. We have responded in full to reviews left about this specific issue elsewhere. Never have we offered to refund the money on the part. We remind all customers of the importance of checking deliveries for faults and reporting these in a timely manner as this allows Caterkwik to advocate for you with suppliers. We fought really hard to get the price of the part you stated was missing reduced, and offered to cover some of the cost for the part ourselves as a gesture of goodwill. This was several months ago, and we have not since received a reply from you. We are sorry you have not been satisfied with our service and wish you the best of luck in the future also.
