Thank you for the fab feedback - it's great to hear you were happy with the service and product you received. Apologies for the delay in delivery - our logistics department was overwhelmed around the bank holidays and this unfortunately resulted in delays.

Thanks so much for your 5 star feedback! We are very grateful. It would be unusual for this type of product to be delivered on an 18 tonne lorry; that's usually reserved for much larger items but we do state it on our emails to make our customers aware. We are always on the other end of the phone to chat through any delivery requirements, large or small :) Thanks again.

Thank you for your valued feedback. Apologies for the delay with your delivery- these items are fabricated to order and our new fabrication plant has been more successful than we anticipated. We are therefore busy now recruiting more welders to keep up with the demand. Nevertheless, the lack of communication is unacceptable and for that I do sincerely apologise. I understand the driver will be on site with your delivery around 2pm today. Thangs again for leaving us your review.
