Thank you for your feedback, John. I do sincerely apologise for the delay with your delivery. I can see your order was placed on the 7th June and delivered on 22nd June, some 15 days later. This is not the usual standard of our delivery service. The order was originally missed, only reaching our logistics team on 9th June, and then allocated for delivery much later, due to the delivery shortages in your area. To reduce the chances of this happening in the future, we have today implemented the short term measure of adding an additional into our solutions teams' individual end of day checklists, for them to ensure all of their orders have been sent to logistics. In the long term, we hope to make this process electronic rather than manual. I am so sorry for any inconvenience that has been caused here, and hope that you are happy with the bottle cooler that you have received. Thanks, Kelly.
