Thanks for your review, Kevin. Unfortunately your order was missed, resulting in it not being despatched until you called up and spoke to Katie. This is unacceptable and I apologise for the inconvenience caused. Going forward, we are updating our procedures to include a second end of day cross check to ensure all orders are placed correctly. Thank you for your valued feedback. I can see you placed your order just after 8pm on Sunday 12th June, and it was processed the next day. Our standard delivery time at present is 5-7 working days, as per Katies email to you on the 13th June, so your delivery was going to fall into the next week - we run our own logistics and consider it to be a very safe method of delivery, versus courier systems which can sometimes result in damage and little tracking information. We do also have the option to use a courier, where delivery us required quickly, however. When you called and spoke with Melody on the 15th June, she immediately, upon understanding that you needed the item faster than this, upgraded you free of charge to an overnight courier, and the unit was delivered on Thursday 16th June. Unfortunately the down side of switching to a courier service can be that we do have little control over their drivers and I am very sorry that you were subject to rudeness and unhelpfulness from them. I will pass your feedback on to the courier company for them to investigate. I am unsure of the reasons why you felt you may have struggled to cancel your order or get a refund before it had been delivered. If you would like to discuss this further, please do get in touch.
