Hi Richard, I just wanted to update you - DPD have come back to me to apologise and advise that 'the driver had marked the delivery off as: Unable to locate, directions required, as he believed the postcode: SO169NY to be incorrect. Investigating this further I can see that the postcode provided was correct. I am so sorry about this.' They have raised a complaint directly with the depot involved and they will take action. They are going to raise me a credit for the delivery charge associated with this carriage, and once I know the credit amount I will credit you for it & refund. I shall let you know once this is done. Unfortunately DX weren't as forthcoming and replied to say that you called them directly and arrange the collection and that they can't confirm the condition of the box on collection from us. Thank you

Thank you for your valued feedback, Douglass. I can see that you were advised 5-7 working days for delivery at the point of order; this was written on your confirmation email. Unfortunately that lead time was extended to 10 working days and I do apologise for the inconvenience that caused. It does look like we were a little keen giving the 5-7 working day lead time as your fridge has to come to us first and then is shipped out to yourself in Belfast, so we will bear this in mind in the future for similar deliveries. I hope you like your fridge, now that it has arrived. Any further issues please let us know.

Thank you so much for your valuable feedback. Some of our 'drops' take more time than others as they can be service calls as well as deliveries, so I am sorry that this wasn't more readily explained. I can see that the driver called at 16:30 and it was delivered at 17:30pm which is within our general delivery times (up until 6pm). I hope that you are happy with the glasswasher that you have received. Thank you
