Thank you for leaving us a review, Susan. I am sorry to hear you had such a delay on the lead time of your order. Unfortunately we are not yet at the stage of displaying stock levels on our website, so that information is not on there. When your order is placed, it is then up to the person processing your order to make sure the customer knows of any delays etc. In this case, the supplier gave us a date for delivery and then changed it when the stock was delayed coming in. I have called them this morning and they have just arrived, so your boiler will be delivered to you tomorrow. We do hold stock here at Caterkwik - at current levels, 2.8 million pounds worth. Unfortunately we can't stock absolutely everything so there are some items that we buy directly from the supplier. We are working on integrating stock levels into our website which we are very much looking forward to and we hope this will improve upon our customers buying experience. Thanks, Kelly
