Thank you for your review, Tim. I am sorry that on this occasion Caterkwik did not achieve the usual level of service that we pride ourselves on and I apologise for any inconvenience caused by this. Having looked into your order, I can see that we did have some issues with the supplier, but you absolutely should have been kept informed all the way along, and advised of any delays to your delivery that arose from this. We were made aware of this situation happening and we put measures in place that all our coolers would go out on a next day delivery as we were unable to cope with the amount of bottle cooler deliveries due to the high demand. Unfortunately this decision was taken the day after you placed your order so that didn’t happen immediately for yourself. In any case, in most cases, we do try to keep our customers informed of any delays as in this case, but measures have been put in place to send coolers out next day as a default option. Thank you so much for your valuable feedback, we have most certainly learnt our mistakes from this experience. Our apologies once more.
