Great and efficient customer service. Unfortunately I paid for a Next Day delivery which was not met, hence the 4 stars.

Ordered 15th August, been told of two new delivery dates, both have passed and still not delivered. It’s 8th September now.

Thank you for your valuable feedback. I'm so sorry; the first consignment that went out to you via DPD, was stuck at the depot due to damage caused in transit to the liquid pouches, which was communicated to you when you chased a few days later. We then sent you a replacement, but our warehouse did not send them out, which is completely not acceptable & we are still looking into why that could have been so a change can be made to dispatch procedures. When you spoke to the team again they advised it would be there the next day and I can see that it was then delivered. It really shouldn't take anywhere near as long as that to get your delivery to you - I'm sorry for ay inconvenience that this caused.
communication - all the way through the process including the delivery very average and had to chase to find out availbility and delivery times

Thank you for your valuable feedback. When you placed your order, we were due stock in the next week, and then you were going to let us know when you wanted delivery. As you may be aware, the catering equipment industry has experienced unprecedented delays with stock this year which has been so frustrating for us. At the start of the week that they were due to arrive, we were still being advised they were due in that week. It was only when they didn't turn up that we got in touch to say there had been a further delay. At this communication could have been better from ourselves, for which I sincerely apologise. You should have naturally had a weekly update as per our in house procedures. I'm glad to see the alternative oven you swapped to got there last week and hope that you like the product. Apologies for any inconvenience caused by the delays.
Top notch firm: no-hassle swap when item arrived damaged.
Any firm is fine when everything goes ok, not many make it easy when they don't. These guys were great.

Hi Rachael,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I am so sorry for the delay; I've just left you a voicemail to explain. Unfortunately the solutions coordinator that dealt with your order forgot to put the instruction in the tray to deliver your item at the point of order, a process that we still run manually. Upon realising when coming back from annual leave, they have then put it into the tray, but I can see there has been no further update as it was not then escalated. Lots of lessons for us to learn from this, but until we can computerise the delivery process, we have put in interim measures such as end of day checks that each coordinator must go through their list of deliveries and ensure they're in the tray, management spot checks and a report that is run weekly highlighting what is left to be delivered. If you could give me a call back to discuss options for delivery that would be much appreciated; my direct line number is 01229484918. I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience that this has caused to you.
