Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you would not use us again. When you refused your first delivery because the packaging was damaged, we immediately dispatched a replacement unit. The couriers advised that the second unit had a slight tear on the packaging, which we in turn informed you of and asked whether you would still like to continue. You advised you would accept the delivery and see what it was like. You asked for compensation for the tear to the packaging and we applied a £30.00 credit to your account. Regarding the statement emails, this is to show that you have a £30.00 credit on your account to use. I hope that you like your new fridge.

Apologies, this statement was sent before the replacement unit had been credited and the £30.00 credit had been applied. It is now correct and we will send you a new statement this week.

Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry that you feel that you received a bad service. You ordered the G3532 salamander grill in LPG gas type. You were asked on 6/9/22 on the phone whether it was definitely LPG you needed, you confirmed 'yes'. We sent out your order acknowledgement the same day which urges you to check the details are correct. We cannot accept a return free of charge, especially when the unit has been unboxed - we did try to confirm that we were sending the correct machine prior to sending it. I can see that my colleague has helped you to organise an alternative, natural gas salamander grill to be delivered instead. Thank you
