Thank you for your valued review. I am so sorry that you had a delay with your delivery. I believe there has been a few issues with this particular courier of late, so much so that our suppliers have entirely changed the courier that they use and stopped using this company. In your case, I think they were trying to call your mobile number to book this delivery in. Under normal circumstances I would not recommend our team asking a customer to call the courier theirselves but I think this was a genuine attempt to be open and transparent with you about the delivery and show that we were trying to get it organised and give you the opportunity to access the same information as us. Apologies for any inconvenience that this caused.

Thank you for your valued feedback. As explained in my email to you, we are sorry that you are unhappy with the service you received. However, the delivery company did phone and book the delivery in with a member of your team on the morning of delivery who said it was fine to deliver that day. Regarding it being out of stock, although we wish we were able to display stock on the website, it just isn't possible at present. I am struggling to understand what you mean by waiting 3 weeks - you placed the order on 20/09/2022 and it was delivered on 22/09/2022, meaning that it took only 2 days to arrived. Please clarify if any different but I have assessed your account and cannot see any information to the contrary.
