Delivery! Despite explaining it was needed urgently I still havn't received it 10 days later. Why can nisbits and global fse delivery to the IOW (which is designated as part of mainland uk) for free...

We apologise for the delay with your delivery. I understand that the unit was delivered on the day this review was left. We have been trying to speak to you directly without success. With reference the delivery charge to IOW. Our extremely competitive margins mean we can not always absorb the additional delivery charges that some manufacturers / couriers charge us to deliver to IOW. All costs considered though - we'd argue we very often come out on top.

They delivered my order first time on Friday no problem. But it had to go back after falling off the back of the delivery lorry. I was promised another delivery on the Monday but nothing turned up....
