Thank you for your valued feedback and of course we apologise for the delayed delivery.I have taken a look into this and found the following: Your order was processed on the 25th September and I can see here that there were issues with delivery. Kelly logged a case with TNT who confirmed the item was out for delivery that day. TNT then failed to deliver a second time and re confirmed on the 28th that it was out for delivery again. Unfortunately, TNT have been unable to offer us what you and I would consider a proper explanation only confirm that they had some issues their end and it had been delayed. May I apologise sincerely for any inconvenience caused on this occasion however I hope you can agree that the vast majority of deliveries we have carried out for you have gone to plan.
