We're sorry that we did not clearly communicate the breadth of our available delivery options prior to placing your order. From next day kerbside to a white glove service delivered by our own fleet of vehicles. Regarding the lack of tail lift -sincere apologies - we will investigate why the units were not delivered by a vehicle with a tail lift. This is specified to all our couriers for larger items unless discussed prior.

We do offer a range of delivery services - we're sorry that these options were not clearer when you ordered online. We use more than one courier for standard next day but have multiple options available to us - from the couriers directly but also including using our own fleet which can deliver a fully bespoke white glove solution including installation to suitable existing services. Please be assured that your machine is supplied with a parts and labour warranty. I have tried to contact you to discuss why you believe otherwise.
