Many thanks for your feedback and thanks for your custom over the last decade. We're genuinely sorry to see you go. Regarding the delivery charges, all things considered our pricing is well known to be as competitive as anyone out there. As a result, we do sometimes work to tight margins and are unable to absorb additional courier fees. In this instance we did quote the delivery prior to the order being placed and the price for the (delivered) product remains extremely competitive. We understand Northern Ireland is part of the United Kingdom but we do state to "mainland" UK when referring to delivery. However, if you can point out where we have "free to the UK" I will make sure that this is amended. We are working towards clarifying any additional delivery charges for deliveries outside the couriers' standard delivery zones on the website in the near future.
