Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are sorry that the previously purchased boiler has risen in price so significantly. Previous clearance sales or special offers, supplier/manufacturer cost and availability do mean that prices move up and very often down. Rest assured you do receive the very best prices available in the UK, we do promise to beat any like for like quotation (although admittedly we do not promise to match our previous sale prices). Importantly, we pride ourselves with combining this with outstanding after sales service and therefore we apologise sincerely that the invoice was sent next day and for the frustration that his caused. The goods were despatched on the day of your order and the mail should have gone immediately. Thanks again for your review.
