Whilst we assure you that you were not sent a refurbished machine (when a griddle is used it is clear that it has been used) we do acknowledge that you were not satisfied with this product. The griddle does have areas hotter than others due the position and design of the burners under the plate. We are keen to investigate further as this range of griddles have proven a success with other purchasers.

We are surprised and sorry to here you had problems with the regulator. The fitting is sourced from a long established, UK supplier (BES) and has been installed in many thousands of applications throughout the UK and Europe. It is manufacture strictly to the BS EN16129 standard and we have not experienced any dissatisfaction from our customers previously. We do acknowledge your feedback and thank you for taking the time to leave it.
