Dear Sir, we aim to offer the best price in the UK combined with traditional levels of service. In most instances we succeed. Unfortunately this doesn't always leave much room for negotiation but please rest assured with the satisfaction that you found the very best price in the UK for your Cinders product with no negotiation required - straight off the bat. However, we do apologise for the delayed delivery. We're investigating the cause of the delay right now and are advised by the manufacturer that the equipment is due for delivery by tomorrow. You are correct that the supplier (RH Hall) who cover this Smeg product's warranty in the UK were utterly convinced that the issue reported was not due a fault under the remit of their warranty terms. I hope you understand that we strenuously contested this position and pressed hard for a solution throughout.
