I do apologise that you didn't have the best experience on this occasion. Usually the information we get from our suppliers is pretty accurate, this time it obviously wasn't and they didn't inform us the unit was out of stock. I am sorry for any inconvenience that this caused to you.

Good online service, the staff were polite and efficient.

online sevice very good. the machine is good. Part of my purchase was not available, they needed a bit of a prompt for an alternative, which they did find quickly once had they found it, top stuff....
