Ouch! - We're happy you like the Hoshizaki and agree it's a wonderful piece of kit. However, we do feel much of your review to be inaccurate and unfair. Our sales people did try to advise of alternative delivery solutions- using our own vehicles and drivers for example but at the time of order I believe that you were not interested in this service, with the absolute priority being the speed of delivery. As such the machine was delivered direct from Hoshizaki, using Hoshizaki's courier .....TNT. We didn't choose this. Indeed, we try to advise all our customers of the benefits of our own vehicles - a call 1 hour prior for one, site and position etc. I'm advised that we attempted to discuss this with you without success. If you had dealt with Hoshizaki directly then you would have received delivery via TNT - without the option for own vehicle delivery and without the 7 day a week 8:00am to 8:00pm after sales support that you can now rely on. We hold over a £1 million stock, including extensive spare parts, employ our own engineers, we do work closely with the major UK manufacturers as well as offering our own carefully developed products. Customer satisfaction is absolutely paramount to our success so whilst we do appreciate your feedback to label us a "Post Box" with "no useful purpose" is wholly inaccurate and a little unfair considering the hard work put in day in day out by a highly committed and dedicated team to provide top tier service standards and supporting infrastructure along with market leading prices.

You are of course entitled to stand by your review - it is clear that we certainly should have tried harder to discuss the limitations of TNT - Hoshizaki’s courier – and the benefits of our own vehicle deliveries before the order was placed. Our sales person Amy insisted that she did attempt this, but that you were not at that time interested. I will review the calls. We did our utmost to get the machine to you in time. We managed that yet apologise for the inconvenience that the lack of call prior caused. We can of course suggest to Hoshizaki that they use another courier. We also apologise that we didn’t have the machine in stock – we’re continuously growing our stock holding but with over 20,000 products on offer there are still occasions where we source direct from the supplier. We’re working on it. I’m not sure why you refer to the relative smartness and comfort of our offices (you are welcome to visit – where you can see for yourself how we are geared up to providing a good service to our customers as opposed to luxury and opulence for the team) but with any business there are challenges and issues from time to time and we pride ourselves on addressing these with customer satisfaction as our focus. Finally, and most importantly, we absolutely understand and appreciate that our customers work hard, long hours – especially during the Christmas and New Year festivities. Sincerely, we really do.
