Thank you for the 5 star rating! We pride ourselves on giving top notch service that our customers deserve, reading feedback like this is music to our ears(eyes?). Our BBQ is quite a machine I must say, hopefully the weather starts getting better soon to really let that bad boy show it's stuff!

We’re sorry that there was a problem with the fryer and understand that you wanted a replacement. We acknowledge that it was unlikely that the failure was due to it being used outside - but as with many fryers, the manufacturer’s warranty terms explicitly exclude this. Subsequently as this had occurred, and because the fryer was purchased with a back to base warranty, and that the fryer is sold as light duty only- they required the item to be returned to them so that they could inspect and assess prior to repair or replacement. We’ve taken on board your comments, we will review where we can improve and thank you sincerely for your feedback.

It's fantastic to hear feedback about our drivers, they are the face of CaterKwik after all! Even if they don't have the most angelic faces (excluding Biggie of course). Our fleet is ever growing with logistics improving everyday, so to see that it's getting the job done is great news!

Glad we put a smile on your face, must be because of Chris. I'm sure he's probably mentioned about being an ex-Michelin staff chef. I've got some inside information though for you, yes he was part of the team that was awarded the star, but Chris was KP! Not the big hot shot he tries to paint a picture of.

Great to hear James is finally doing his job properly, instead of looking at menus for potential date spots for his office crush!
