I do sincerely apologise for the delay with your order. Our supplier advised at the time of order this was in stock and it was only after you chased this that we discovered it was not and was on back order. We then updated you with a date but I appreciate this is not the level of service that we normally offer and I'm sorry for any inconvenience that this caused to your business.
