Sincere apologies. I can see we instructed our supplier regarding the missing accessory immediately and on every occasion following your calls. We agree that the initial miscommunication and subsequent incorrect updates we passed on to you were and are unacceptable though please be assured we were acting with best intentions throughout. Sophie has escalated the issue internally and with our supplier and I understand that the part has at last been picked and packed for delivery by express courier tomorrow. We understand your frustration and we are really sorry. Thank you for your feedback.
